Small (Size 1): Fits most women and men with smaller noses.
Standard (Size 2): Fits most men and women with medium-to-large noses.

- Small (Size 1): 3-7 Q-Tips fit in a nostril

For men with slightly smaller noses and women with slightly larger noses, it’s common for both sizes to fit. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering a Trial Pack (Size 1 and 2) with both sizes to determine which will work best for you.
