Customer Reviews
The Snore Study Results
SnoreBuds put an end to my snoring. My wife can now sleep throughout the night without me waking her. And she's not the only one getting better sleep…I wake up feeling more refreshed myself and have more energy during the day.

It took me a few days to get accustomed to it, but my snoring is gone. Really it is quite miraculous.

What I love about SnoreBuds is that it's small and simple. I can throw it in my purse, it's simple to travel with, simple to wear and use. And it's quite comfortable. Not to mention, it works great.

I tried 3 kinds of mouth pieces that I bought online that didn't work. So, I went to a dentist to make one professionally, and it didn't work. SnoreBuds is the first thing that actually worked for me. So so grateful!

FAQ
How do I get started with SnoreBuds
Getting Started
Starting
Rinse off the SnoreBuds’ tubes and insert it into your nose. It is reversible, so either way is fine. The sealing rim goes inside your nostrils.
With the device in, take a gentle breath through your nose. On the exhale, you should feel slight resistance that slows your breathing. That’s exactly what you want — it means the device is working.
If you’d like, you can wear SnoreBuds for 15 to 30 minutes before bed the first few nights. That way, your body gets used to the slowed exhalation pressure.
Snore Strength
Now it’s time to set your Snore Strength.
SnoreBuds has four strength levels, and you adjust them by turning the dial.
Here’s how it works:
• Setting 1 is the lowest strength. That’s when the dial is turned such that the single prong points at the side tab.
• Setting 2 is medium strength. Turn the dial one click counterclockwise, where the two prongs point at the outer tab.
• Setting 3 is high strength. Turn the dial another click with three prongs pointing at the outer tab.
• Setting 4 is maximum strength. Turn the dial all the way counterclockwise, and you’re at Setting 4 with the four prongs pointing at the outer tab.
Start at a setting where you feel a little back pressure when you exhale. It should slow your breath slightly, but it shouldn’t feel uncomfortable.
Settings 3 and 4 — high and max strengths — may take a few nights to get used to. So, start at a level that feels good, and increase gradually as you acclimate and as needed.
Once you’ve chosen your starting point, insert your SnoreBuds and go to sleep.
From there, you can gradually move the dial up over the course of a few days or even a few weeks, whatever pace feels right for you.
To finalize your ideal Snore Strength, you can check your results with the SnoreGauge app, or just ask your partner for feedback.
• If you’re comfortable and not snoring anymore, you’re all set.
• If you’re comfortable but still snoring, turn the strength up one level.
• And if you know you need to go higher but it’s not yet comfortable to do so, just give it time. It can take some people up to 30 days to fully adjust.
Once you’ve dialed in your perfect setting, you can set it and forget it.
Clean and Store
After waking, take out your SnoreBuds, rinse it off with water and mild soap, and let it air dry, on the lip of your SnoreBuds case, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of pets and children.

The suction feeling means it’s activated and will help keep the tongue up against the palate, supporting nasal breathing and an open airway.

2. Align your top and bottom front teeth (which usually requires moving the bottom jaw slightly forward), and then swallow.

How does SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer work together?
The Snore System
The SnoreSealer stops mouth breathing and helps you to use proper oral posture, which improves breathing and reduces snoring.
You can combine the SnoreSealer with SnoreBuds for the strongest anti-snore solution available.
SnoreSealer + SnoreBuds
Together SnoreSealer and SnoreBuds attack snoring at the two root causes — the mouth and the nose.
SnoreSealer stops snoring by preventing mouth breathing and promoting proper oral posture and nasal breathing.
SnoreBuds stops snoring through nasal dilation and EPAP, with an adjustable Snore Strength dial.
Together, they provide the strongest anti-snore effect available.
It can take several nights to get used to the combination. Start by acclimating to each individually before combining.
When combining, start at a low SnoreBuds Snore Strength setting. Then turn up the strength as you get acclimated and as needed.

What if I'm having trouble with SnoreBuds?
Troubleshooting SnoreBuds
While many people have no issues starting and adjusting to SnoreBuds, it’s not uncommon — and completely normal — to need a few nights to get used to SnoreBuds. In fact, it's a good expectation to give yourself 30 nights to get completely acclimated.
Inserting
If you have trouble inserting your SnoreBuds, put a small amount of water on the outside of the tubes to help them slide into place.
Soreness
It can take a few nights to get used to using SnoreBuds, and it’s normal to have some soreness. If you wake up feeling uncomfortable, take the SnoreBuds out and try again the next night. Take a night off if you need to.
Repeat this for a few days, and in no time you’ll be wearing them throughout the whole night.
EPAP
EPAP technology provides positive back pressure that slows your exhalation and prevents your airway from narrowing, which is what leads to snoring.
It can take a few nights to get used to this sensation. Start at a comfortable Snore Strength setting, then over the course of a few days or even weeks, gradually turn up the Snore Strength as you acclimate and as needed.
Some people find it helpful to wear SnoreBuds for 15–30 minutes before bed to get familiar with the slight resistance to exhalation.
Falling Out
If you wake up and your SnoreBuds aren’t in your nose, it’s most likely because you unconsciously took them out or knocked them out while sleeping — especially if you’re an active sleeper. After a few nights, as your
body acclimates to wearing SnoreBuds, this usually stops on its own.
Snoring
If you’re using SnoreBuds and a bedtime partner or a sleep recording app indicates you’re still snoring, try turning the dial up to increase your Snore Strength. If you're not yet ready for that, stay at your current comfortable setting, or try increasing the strength on just one side. Then, over time, gradually increase the Snore Strength as you acclimate to
higher levels.
Mouth Breathing
Another reason you may still be snoring is mouth breathing. SnoreBuds is designed to help you breathe properly through your nose, but some people are habitual mouth breathers and need to re-train nasal breathing. Use
the SnoreSealer to stop mouth breathing and re-train proper nasal breathing.
Together, SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer provide the strongest anti-snore effect available.
To start, get used to each device individually. If you know you are mouth breathing, start with SnoreSealer. Otherwise, start with SnoreBuds. Then, once comfortable, use SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer together. Start SnoreBuds at a low strength, then increase gradually as needed.
What if I'm having trouble with SnoreSealer?
Troubleshooting SnoreSealer
Comfort
It can take a few nights to get used to sleeping with the SnoreSealer.
Practice using it during the day, or for 15–30 minutes before bed, to make the adjustment easier. It’s also normal to have extra saliva in the beginning.
Mouth breathing
If you wake up mouth breathing, or the SnoreSealer has fallen out, it’s most likely because you lost the seal between your lips and/or the seal of your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
To fix this, put the SnoreSealer back in and re-activate it by closing your lips, placing the tip of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth, and swallowing. You should feel a slight suction — this helps keep your tongue in the proper position against your palate.
*If you're have any trouble "activating":
1. Purse your lips, like sucking through a straw, and then swallow.
2. Align your top and bottom front teeth (which usually requires moving the bottom jaw slightly forward), and then swallow.
Daytime practice will help prevent your tongue from dropping and the device from losing suction. Over time, as your body acclimates to proper oral posture and nasal breathing, this usually stops on its own.
Snoring
If you’re successfully using the SnoreSealer but a bedtime partner or a sleep recording app shows you’re still snoring, you likely need to combine the SnoreSealer with SnoreBuds.
Start with SnoreBuds at a low strength,
then increase gradually as you acclimate and as needed. Together, SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer provide the strongest anti-snore effect available.
Nasal Obstruction
SnoreSealer is designed to help you breathe properly through your nose.
If you have difficulty breathing through your nose, SnoreSealer can help you regain nasal function. However, if you’re a habitual mouth breather, you may need to gradually re-train nasal breathing. Practice using the SnoreSealer during the day, slowly increasing the time, until you can maintain nasal breathing without effort.
In some cases of nasal obstruction — such as severe nasal valve collapse — using a nasal dilator like SnoreBuds can help maintain airflow while you use the SnoreSealer.
If your nasal obstruction is due to illness, wait until you can breathe through your nose again before using the device.
How do I clean, maintain, and reorder?
SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer are reusable.
After waking, simply rinse with mild, unscented soap and water, shake out excess water, and let air dry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of pets.
Like a toothbrush or contact lenses, to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness, we replace your SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer every 90 days.

Worked so well my wife thought I wasn't breathing
I was skeptical when I first purchased SnoreBuds. I found it worked so well that my wife thought I wasn't breathing. I also found that my sleep was deeper. Most likely because it was less interrupted.
SnoreBuds Sizing Guide
SnoreBuds come in two sizes.
Small (Size 1): Fits most women and men with smaller noses.
Standard (Size 2): Fits most men and women with average-to-larger noses.
It’s common to fit into two sizes.
Starter Pack (Size 1 and Size 2): For most people, we recommend ordering a Starter Pack which includes both sizes.
The correct size will feel sealed and snug in the nose, dilating the nostrils and keeping your SnoreBuds securely in place throughout the night.
SnoreSealer is universal, one-size-fits-all and (right now) comes as a free gift with SnoreBuds.
