What doctors are saying about SnoreBuds

As a sleep specialist, I now use SnoreBuds as my go-to “first line” of treatment for patients with mild forms of sleep disordered breathing like snoring. It just makes sense. It's low cost, there is a low risk of side effects, and it works. Nothing else is even close. You can't beat it.

I created SnoreBuds because of the limitations of oral devices, which can be expensive, cause teeth and jaw issues, and simply don't work for many people. My patients needed a simple, comfortable, and cost-effective solution that actually works to stop their snoring. After a decade of research and development, SnoreBuds do just that.
QUESTIONS
FAQ
How does SnoreBuds work?
SnoreBuds uses the power of your own breath to silence snoring and improve sleep.
The Technology
SnoreBuds is a nasal dilator that incorporates EPAP technology which has been shown to be safe and effective at treating snoring.
Nasal Dilator
As a nasal dilator, SnoreBuds makes it easy to breathe through your nose, even if you have a deviated septum, nasal constriction, or struggled as a mouth breather in the past. Nasal breathing is vital to healthy sleep. SnoreBuds will help ensure you can breathe through your nose.
EPAP
The EPAP technology sets SnoreBuds apart from all the other nasal dilators or nasal strips you’ve seen. EPAP stands for Expiratory Positive Air Pressure, and it slows your exhalation, creating positive pressure that prevents your airway from narrowing which leads to snoring.
You activate EPAP when you breathe out of your nose. Your exhaled air is directed through vents, using the power of your own breath to silence snoring and improve your breathing and your sleep.
You’ll know it’s working when you breathe out and you feel a slight backpressure that forces you to breathe more slowly.
Snore Strength Dial
You control the Snore Strength by turning the dial. A lower Snore Strength will have less EPAP, and a higher Snore Strength will have stronger EPAP.
To determine your ideal Snore Strength, start with a low to moderate Snore Strength, one where you feel the resistance but can comfortably fall asleep.
• Setting 1 is the lowest strength and has the least EPAP.
• Setting 2 is medium strength.
• Setting 3 is high strength.
• Setting 4 is the maximum strength.
Then use a snore recording app and/or a partner’s feedback to determine if you need to turn the Snore Strength up. Once you find your ideal Snore Strength, you can just set it and forget it.
Since EPAP, and nasal dilators in general, can take a few nights to get used to, don’t rush it, and just gradually increase the Snore Strength over time until you reach your ideal Snore Strength.
Results
SnoreBuds deliver silent sleep right away. To prove it to you, all customers are automatically eligible to participate in the SnoreBuds Snore Study, where we walk you through how to record your snoring without SnoreBuds and then with SnoreBuds to see and hear just how effective they are (P.S. if you share this data, you can earn big rewards.)
Will SnoreBuds work for me?
SnoreBuds works for 9 out of 10 people. Why?
Here's why SnoreBuds work when other devices fail:
Technology
SnoreBuds are successful because the technology works. The patented SnoreBuds' design and engineering allow for unparalleled personalization.
And unlike other anti-snore devices that only come in one strength, you can tailor the Snore Strength exactly to your needs. Just turn the dial to turn up the Snore Strength and turn off the snoring.
With SnoreBuds, you have technology that works, that's safe, that's comfortable, that allows personalization to you, your snoring and your comfort.
With other devices, the technology doesn't work. For example, nasal dilators alone don't tend to stop snoring. Surgeries are another good example, not only are they expensive and painful, but they are rarely even recommended anymore because they tend to be ineffective. Then lastly, there are many cheap, knockoff, junk products that are just scams. However, EPAP has been researched and shown, time and again, to be very effective at silencing snoring.
Comfort
With SnoreBuds, you have a nasal dilator made of soft material that comfortably seals in your nose, making nasal breathing easy even if you have a deviated septum or otherwise have a hard time breathing through your nose. SnoreBuds turn mouth breathers into nasal breathers.
The seal also secures the device in the nose and allows you to sleep in any position and roll around free of masks and hoses.
With other devices, comfort is a challenge. For example, I treated snoring with oral devices, and they do work for many people, but they tend to be bulky, and many people find them uncomfortable, causing jaw and teeth issues. In fact, nearly half of adults aren't candidates for anti-snore mouthpieces because of the risk associated with worsening their teeth and periodontal problems. Combine this with their steep costs and you see why mouthpieces aren't a great option for many people. Not to mention the OTC mouthpieces, used without the oversite of a dentist, can lead to significant jaw an teeth problems. Similarly, tongue retaining devices can be effective, but they are very uncomfortable. I've never known anyone to use one long term. Likewise, CPAP machines, while mostly for sleep apnea, can be used to treat snoring too, but many people can't tolerate these, and find the air pressure, masks, and hoses burdensome and uncomfortable.
The Snore System
*Right now SnoreSealer is included as a FREE gift with SnoreBuds*

SnoreBuds stops snoring through nasal dilation and EPAP, with an adjustable Snore Strength dial.
SnoreSealer stops snoring by preventing mouth breathing and promoting proper oral posture and nasal breathing.
Together, they provide the strongest anti-snore effect available.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
SnoreBuds work for 9 out of 10 people. But what if you’re the 1 outlier?
Getting Started
While many people have success from night #1 with their SnoreBuds, others need a few nights to get used to sleeping with something in their nose. This is 100% normal and a good expectation to have. This is especially true for mouth breathers using SnoreBuds with the SnoreSealer.
After you order we don’t just disappear. We’ll walk you through how to use your SnoreBuds, get used to them, and find your perfect Snore Strength, at which point you can just set it and fort get it.
Return Policy
But if you follow the steps and you are that 1 out of 10 outlier, then our return policy is simple: you have a 30-night,
risk-free, hassle-free money-back guarantee.
If you’re on the fence, give us a shot, you have nothing to lose but snoring and sleepless nights.
If you can't say that your silent sleep is music to your (your partner's) ears, we will gladly and promptly refund your order, no hard feelings (and no hassles)!
You’re not taking any risk here, you’re simply making a decision to get restful sleep together.
What size should I order?
SnoreBuds come in two sizes.
Small (Size 1): Fits most women and men with smaller noses.
Standard (Size 2): Fits most men and women with medium-to-large noses.
It’s common to fit into two sizes.
If you’re a man with a average to smaller nose or a woman with an average to larger nose, we recommend ordering a Starter Pack which includes both sizes.
The correct size will feel sealed and snug in the nose, dilating the nostrils and keeping your SnoreBuds securely in place throughout the night.
SnoreSealer is universal, one-size-fits-all and (right now) comes as a free gift with SnoreBuds.
How do I get started?
Here’s everything you need to get started with your SnoreBuds.
First, if you haven’t ordered yet, Step 1 is to determine your size and place your order.
Your SnoreBuds will ship within 24 hours. After ordering, you are automatically eligible to participate in the Snore Study, where we’ll show you how to record your “Before” and “After” snore data. You’ll have the option to share your data to earn rewards.
Getting Started
Starting
Rinse off the SnoreBuds’ tubes and insert it into your nose. It is reversible, so either way is fine. The sealing rim goes inside your nostrils.
With the device in, take a gentle breath through your nose. On the exhale, you should feel slight resistance that slows your breathing. That’s exactly what you want — it means the device is working.
If you’d like, you can wear SnoreBuds for 15 to 30 minutes before bed the first few nights. That way, your body gets used to the slowed exhalation pressure.
Snore Strength
Now it’s time to set your Snore Strength.
SnoreBuds has four strength levels, and you adjust them by turning the dial.
Here’s how it works:
• Setting 1 is the lowest strength. That’s when the dial is turned such that the single prong points at the side tab.
• Setting 2 is medium strength. Turn the dial one click counterclockwise, where the two prongs point at the outer tab.
• Setting 3 is high strength. Turn the dial another click with three prongs pointing at the outer tab.
• Setting 4 is maximum strength. Turn the dial all the way counterclockwise, and you’re at Setting 4 with the four prongs pointing at the outer tab.
Start at a setting where you feel a little back pressure when you exhale. It should slow your breath slightly, but it shouldn’t feel uncomfortable.
Settings 3 and 4 — high and max strengths — may take a few
nights to get used to. So, start at a level that feels good, and increase
gradually as you acclimate and as needed.
Once you’ve chosen your starting point, insert your SnoreBuds and go to sleep.
From there, you can gradually move the dial up over the course of a few days or even a few weeks, whatever pace feels right for you.
To finalize your ideal Snore Strength, you can check your results with the SnoreGauge app, or just ask your partner for feedback.
• If you’re comfortable and not snoring anymore, you’re all set.
• If you’re comfortable but still snoring, turn the strength up one level.
• And if you know you need to go higher but it’s not yet comfortable to do so, just give it time. It can take some people up to 30 days to fully adjust.
Once you’ve dialed in your perfect setting, you can set it and forget it.
Clean and Store
After waking, take out your SnoreBuds, rinse it off with water and mild soap, and let it air dry out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of pets and children.
Is it reusable?
SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer are reusable.
After waking, simply rinse with mild, unscented soap and water, shake out excess water, and let air dry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of pets.
Like a toothbrush or contact lenses, to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness, we recommend replacing your SnoreBuds every 90 days.
Is it safe? Are there any side effects?
SnoreBuds is safe and effective.
There is a significant body of research that shows both nasal dilators and EPAP are safe and effective at reducing snoring and improving sleep.
SnoreBuds was designed and developed in the United States by Dr. Kevin Stock and a specialized team of engineers.
SnoreBuds is made with medical-grade materials, specifically formulated to be free of harmful substances like BPA, phthalates, and latex. SnoreBuds meets stringent biocompatibility and safety standards.
SnoreBuds is indicated to reduce snoring for the adult population and if that’s you, you’re in the right place. Compared to other snore options like mandibular repositioning devices and even CPAP and surgeries, nothing compares to SnoreBuds low risk, high safety profile.
This is truly the first step every snorer should take.
Does SnoreBuds treat sleep apnea?
SnoreBuds is intended to treat snoring, not sleep apnea, and it isn’t intended to be a replacement for C-PAP or sleep apnea machines.
Many doctors do recommend EPAP as an option for treating sleep disordered breathing issues like obstructive sleep apnea, but you should speak to your doctor to determine if a product like SnoreBuds is suitable for you.
Since SnoreBuds is only intended to treat snoring, you do not need a prescription. Likewise, it will not be covered by your medical insurance.
However, SnoreBuds is accepted by most health saving plans such as FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account), which
are accepted at checkout.
The reason SnoreBuds is eligible for HSA/FSA is because they can improve your health. Snoring is indicative of disordered breathing. It’s obvious how it interrupts a bedtime partner’s sleep, but a snorer’s sleep is also impaired due to non-ideal breathing, which can stress the body and impair physical and mental recovery that happen during sleep.
By sleeping with SnoreBuds, you not only silence the snoring, you improve your breathing and sleep quality. As a result, you may notice substantial improvements in performance, health, and cognition — including more energy during the day, better mood, sharper concentration, and stronger memory.

Worked so well my wife thought I wasn't breathing
I was skeptical when I first purchased SnoreBuds. I found it worked so well that my wife thought I wasn't breathing. I also found that my sleep was deeper. Most likely because it was less interrupted.
