I’m pregnant and become very sensitive to sounds at night. My husband’s snoring had gotten so loud to the point I was seriously worried about his health. My husband says my snoring is greatly reduced. I tested the by taking them out in the middle of the night - he said I was quiet until around 3 am - he didn’t know I took them out. So I would say they work. My only concern is will they stretch my nostrils and will the itchiness go away. My nostrils are a little sore each morning and my nose itches like crazy for the first 10-15 minutes after I get up.

As you've noticed, you should see that your nostrils are slightly expanded when the SnoreBuds are in. This nasal dilation is intentional and helps improve airflow. Your nasal tissues will naturally return to their normal shape when the device is removed, both in the short and long term.
Regarding the itching and soreness, this isn't uncommon during the first week or so. A little Vaseline on the outside of the device will help keep your nose moist and prevent soreness and itching while you adapt.
