I found mouth tape a nuisance, always falling off and giving me chap lips.
I snored but didn’t think it was a big deal until I read a book called “Breath” that talked about the dangers of mouth-breathing. The author recommended mouth taping. I tried it but I found mouth tape a nuisance, always falling off and giving me chap lips. Luckily, I came across the SnoreSealer which has been perfect. It forces me to breathe through my nose, my snoring is gone, and my sleep is better. It’s comfortable and reusable. Highly recommend it.

The Snore Study Results
Since using the SnoreSealer, my snoring has completely stopped and I'm waking up more rested and feeling energized throughout the day. Oh, and my wife has moved back into the same bed and is actually getting uninterrupted sleep.

The first night, my snoring disappeared completely. The results are truly remarkable.

I’d tried countless other mouth pieces. Tried mouth tape. Tried chin straps. You name it. Nothing worked like this SnoreSealer.

The SnoreSealer's simple, comfortable design is what really appeals to me. I’d tried bulky gadgets for my snoring that weren’t only uncomfortable but didn’t work nearly as well either. This is just easy. Easy to travel with, easy to use, and it does an excellent job of eliminating my snoring.

What doctors are saying about SnoreBuds

I created the SnoreSealer because my patients needed help breathing through their noses properly to stop snoring and sleep better. I need something that would stop their mouth breathing. Something to fix their oral posture, keeping their mouth sealed and tongue on the roof of their mouth. Mouth breathing is harmful. But mouth tape was the only thing out there, and my patients hated it. I wasn’t the biggest fan of it either, because it didn’t help get the tongue in the correct position, still allowing it to fall down in their mouths and in their throats. SnoreSealer was the solution .

Can I use it with SnoreBuds?
The Snore System
The SnoreSealer stops mouth breathing and helps you to use proper oral posture, which improves breathing and reduces snoring.
You can combine the SnoreSealer with SnoreBuds for the strongest anti-snore solution available.
SnoreSealer + SnoreBuds
Together SnoreSealer and SnoreBuds attack snoring at the two root causes — the mouth and the nose.
SnoreSealer stops snoring by preventing mouth breathing and promoting proper oral posture and nasal breathing.
SnoreBuds stops snoring through nasal dilation and EPAP, with an adjustable Snore Strength dial.
Together, they provide the strongest anti-snore effect available.
It can take several nights to get used to the combination. Start by acclimating to each individually before combining.
When combining, start at a low SnoreBuds Snore Strength setting. Then turn up the strength as you get acclimated and as needed.
What if I have a hard time breathing through my nose?
It sounds like circular reasoning, but the way to improve nasal breathing function is by breathing through your nose. Nasal breathing begets better nasal breathing.
But many people have a difficult time starting this positive reinforcing loop, which is exactly where the SnoreSealer comes in.
The SnoreSealer is designed to help you breathe through your nose properly.
If you have nasal obstruction, such as that from a deviated septum, which causes mouth breathing, the SnoreSealer can help you regain nasal function.
However, due to habitual mouth breathing, some people need to gradually re-train nasal breathing. Practice using the SnoreSealer during the day, gradually increasing the time, until you can maintain nasal breathing without effort.
In some cases of nasal obstruction, such as severe nasal valve collapse, the use of a nasal dilator, such as SnoreBuds, can help maintain nasal patency while using the SnoreSealer.
If you have nasal obstruction due to illness, wait until you can breathe through your nose before use.
Is it safe? Are there any side effects?
The SnoreSealer is safe and effective.
There is a significant body of research that shows the dangers of mouth breathing and the importance of nasal breathing.
The SnoreSealer was designed and developed by Dr. Kevin Stock and uses medical-grade, biocompatible materials that do not contain BPA, latex, or phthalates.
The danger is mouth breathing. SnoreSealer is the solution.
Does SnoreSealer treat sleep apnea?
The SnoreSealer is intended to treat snoring, not sleep apnea, and it isn’t intended to be a replacement for C-PAP or sleep apnea machines.
Many doctors do recommend devices that discourage mouth breathing when treating sleep disordered breathing issues like obstructive sleep apnea, but you should speak to your doctor to determine if a product like SnoreSealer is suitable for you.
Since SnoreSealer is only intended to treat snoring, you do not need a prescription. Likewise, it will not be covered by your medical insurance. However, SnoreBuds is accepted by most health saving plans such as
FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account), which are accepted at checkout.
The reason SnoreSealer is eligible for HSA/FSA is because it can improve your health. Snoring is indicative of disordered breathing. It’s obvious how it interrupts a bedtime partner’s sleep, but a snorer’s sleep is also impaired due to non-ideal breathing, which can stress the body and impair physical and mental recovery that happen during sleep.
By sleeping with the SnoreSealer, you not only silence snoring, but you improve your sleep and therefore you may experience substantial improvements in performance, health, and cognition, including having more energy during the day and improvements in mood, concentration, and memory.
