How to Insert and Activate

1. Insert
With the triangle on the handle pointing up, place the lip shield between your lips and teeth with the shelves between your back teeth.

2. Activate
Close your lips. Place the tip of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth, then swallow. Feel light suction.

3. Breathe
Keep your lips closed and your tongue resting on the roof of your mouth, and breathe through your nose.

How does it work?
SnoreSealer is a soft, reusable shield that sits between your lips and teeth.
Its Dual Seal design supports closed lips and a tongue-to-palate seal, for natural nasal breathing.
Getting started is simple:

- Close your lips and swallow.

Clean and Store

How does it stay in place?
SnoreSealer stays in place via the Dual Seal technology which is created by the tongue-to-palate and lip seals.
What if it won’t stay in place?
If SnoreSealer shifts or the seal releases, reposition it, close your lips, put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and swallow. This reactivates the Dual Seal.
If that position feels unfamiliar, try short daytime practice sessions while working, reading, or watching TV. Think of SnoreSealer as a coach that helps you practice the proper oral position for proper nasal breathing. With practice it becomes second nature, to the point you may not even need SnoreSealer anymore!
Extra saliva can also happen early on and cause the device to move. This usually stops on its own as your mouth gets used to the device.

I rarely snore, maybe if I pass out on the couch in a very awkward position, but I can't even remember last time that happened. I bought this product basically to increase how much I nose breathe. And? It certainly helps with that throughout the day and at night.
I know this is not the purpose of the product, but I think it is helping me reduce how much teeth grinding I do at night also. If you see photos of this product, it looks sort of flimsy (and it is comparable to, say, a sports mouth guard you have to heat and mold to your mouth.)
However, if it was of a 'lower quality' than it is, then I would have put a few holes in it long ago and it is holding strong. I am not of course 'actively biting it to ruin it' on purpose, just wanted to mention this.
I also have a receding gum issue and it has not affected that at all for me, if you have this issue, not making any guarantees, just saying. This was part of why a sports style mouth guard can't work for me and this product is perfect.
My mouth is not dry in the morning when I wake up either and dry mouth is an issue if you have a receding gum issue.
Want to also mention the excellent customer service also. There was an issue with the address the order form selected in the drop down. The unit was set to go to an improper address, it turned out the driver got it to the right address regardless of that, but their team stayed on top of the issue and assured me that if it didn't arrive, they would just ship another one,…
