The lip shield rests between the lips and teeth, while the shelves sit between the back teeth. A light suction helps maintain the tongue-to-palate seal and keeps the device properly positioned. The included safety lanyard adds extra peace of mind during nighttime use.
Is it reusable?
SnoreSealer is reusable. We recommend replacing it every 90 days for optimal hygiene and performance (kind of like a toothbrush).
While it often helps and even stops tooth grinding, heavy grinders may have to replace it more frequently.

I rarely snore, maybe if I pass out on the couch in a very awkward position, but I can't even remember last time that happened. I bought this product basically to increase how much I nose breathe. And? It certainly helps with that throughout the day and at night.
I know this is not the purpose of the product, but I think it is helping me reduce how much teeth grinding I do at night also. If you see photos of this product, it looks sort of flimsy (and it is comparable to, say, a sports mouth guard you have to heat and mold to your mouth.)
However, if it was of a 'lower quality' than it is, then I would have put a few holes in it long ago and it is holding strong. I am not of course 'actively biting it to ruin it' on purpose, just wanted to mention this.
I also have a receding gum issue and it has not affected that at all for me, if you have this issue, not making any guarantees, just saying. This was part of why a sports style mouth guard can't work for me and this product is perfect.
My mouth is not dry in the morning when I wake up either and dry mouth is an issue if you have a receding gum issue.
Want to also mention the excellent customer service also. There was an issue with the address the order form selected in the drop down. The unit was set to go to an improper address, it turned out the driver got it to the right address regardless of that, but their team stayed on top of the issue and assured me that if it didn't arrive, they would just ship another one,…
