SnoreBuds Sizing Guide

Small (Size 1): Fits most women and men with smaller noses.
Standard (Size 2): Fits most men and women with medium-to-large noses.

Q-Tip Test

To determine which size SnoreBuds to order see how many Q-Tips you can fit into a single nostril.

• Small (Size 1): 3-7 Q-Tips fit in a nostril
• Standard (Size 2): 8-17 Q-Tips fit in a nostril
• Trial Pack (Size 1 and 2): 3-17 Q-Tips fit in a nostril

For men with slightly smaller noses and women with slightly larger noses, it’s common for both sizes to fit. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering a Trial Pack (Size 1 and 2) with both sizes to determine which will work best for you. 

The Small (Size 1) has a white dial with black Snore Strength indicators. 
The Standard (Size 2) has a black dial with white Snore Strength indicators.

The correct size will feel sealed and snug in the nose, dilating the nostrils and keeping your SnoreBuds securely in place throughout the night.
