COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ
Can I use SnoreSealer with my CPAP?
Yes, that is exactly what it's designed for. SnoreSealer keeps your mouth closed so your CPAP delivers full pressure through your nose without air leaks or dry mouth.
How does the universal fit work?
SnoreSealer has a flexible, one-size-fits-all design with no boiling, molding, or custom impressions required.
How is this different from a chin strap?
Chin straps try to hold your jaw shut from the outside. They slip, they're uncomfortable, and they don't address tongue position. SnoreSealer works from the inside by keeping your tongue against the roof of your mouth, which naturally seals your lips and supports nasal breathing. It stays in place all night without straps or adhesives.
How is this different from mouth tape?
Mouth tape sticks your lips together but does nothing for tongue posture. If your tongue falls back, you can still get airway narrowing even with your lips sealed. SnoreSealer corrects oral posture by positioning the tongue properly, which seals the mouth and keeps the airway open. It is also reusable, so no more having to get a new strip every night.
Will it interfere with my CPAP pressure or mask seal?
No. SnoreSealer sits entirely inside your mouth. Nothing touches your face externally, so it will not affect your mask fit or seal. Your CPAP pressure settings stay the same.
How long does one SnoreSealer last?
SnoreSealer is reusable. We recommend replacing it every 90 days for optimal hygiene and performance (kind of like a toothbrush).
While it often helps and even stops tooth grinding, heavy grinders may have to replace it more frequently.
What if it does not work for me?
You have a 30-night money-back free trial.
Give it 30 days and if it doesn't improve your breathing and sleep, get your money back (and you don't even have to ship it back).

It’s common to fit into two sizes.
Starter Pack (Size 1 and Size 2): For most people, we recommend ordering a Starter Pack which includes both sizes.
